2. Wholesale prices in Australian or New Zealand Dollars are available on request and may be subject to minimum order quantities.

3. While we aim to accurately display the colour of products, some colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your computer monitor.

5. Adixions chocolate products are handcrafted fresh in our atelier and must be consumed by the expiry date indicated on each product.

6. Our chocolates are best stored in a cool dry place between 15°C - 21°C.

7. Chocolate may be stored in the fridge, but this can change the texture and appearance.

8. If left in heat, chocolate may turn white due to fat blooming.

9. Purchases for delivery will be handled and packaged with love and care.

10. Delivery terms may change depending if products are in stock and need to be freshly prepared, we will notify you if this is the case.

11. Extra care in delivery will always be taken, particularly in the summer months. Cool packs and thermal packaging will be used as required to ensure your chocolate arrive undamaged.

12. We deliberately seek out the finest international and local ingredients to ensure optimal quality and flavour. If local or organic products are not available because of seasonal limitations, a suitable high-quality substitute will be used.
